The Accelerating Low Income Financing and Transactions (LIFT) for Solar Access Everywhere project works to highlight optimal community solar program designs and financing structures for low- and moderate-income (LMI) residential households in each common regulatory and utility service environment.
LIFT for Solar Access Everywhere is supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, Solar Energy Technologies Office.
This Toolkit provides a national map of 460+ LMI community solar projects. Browse their characteristics based on geographic context to gain insight for project developers, utilities, municipalities, and others interested in developing community solar programs that service LMI households.
The Toolkit also provides the Project Optimizer to explore resources tailored to your project, based on attributes you enter. This Toolkit can help you gather ideas and take actions to design an optimal community solar project to deliver clean energy services in your community.
